Policies

Rates vary based on size of area to be cleaned as well as frequency of service.

PAYMENTS – A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve move in/move out servce. The balance is due on the day of service. NJ Sales Tax will be applied to all payments made via credit card.

ALLERGIES - Let us know if you are allergic to or sensitive to any cleaning products.

CANCELLATIONS - If you must cancel an appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to the date scheduled. If you fail to cancel, any deposits made will not be refunded.

PETS - Though we are pet friendly, we can work more efficiently if animals are confined while we clean. If you have pets we also ask that you provide your own vacuum (for the safety of our other clients with pet allergies).

ADDITIONAL CHARGES - We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if we arrive and the service needed is beyond the scope of our usual work or the home is dirtier than anticipated and require extra time. Any need for extra man hours will be communicated before the job gets started.

REFUNDS – We do not give refunds.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS - If there are any heirlooms or other objects you do not wish for us to touch or clean please let us  know prior to arriving.

Please note: Any fixtures that cannot be reached from a ladder will not be cleaned due to safety issues.

ONLINE BOOKING - Each service selected will include the cleaning of 1 bathroom. If you have additional bathrooms or half bathrooms, you must add them as an "ADD-ON" to get an accurate estimate. You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment.
